POOR/LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY

On 14 March 2013, a service was carried out on our Tata vehicle by Tata Umgeni Road.

We noticed thereafter that the oil was leaking and when we took it to our mechanic, he informed us that the sump nut was loose that is why the oil was leaking (this would have resulted in the oil running out and this would have blown the engine).

On 17 April 2013 we did speak to Verni from Tata and explained her the problem, (that the sump nut was not tightened by them), she informed us that Dino, the owner will call us back. To date we have received no response. Then on 25 April we telephoned Tata Customer Care and was asked to email them explaining the problem and they will investigate and reply within 48 hours. On 29 April I emailed them requesting a reply, to date we have'nt received a courtesy of a reply. This is poor service delivery and we have paid for the service!
