Zenith Recruitment
Zenith Recruitment-Do not send any money

Career & Work

It is not illegal to charge candidates for putting their details forward for a job. Most agencies, however refrain from this practice. However, when considering paying an agent to find you a job, the following criteria need to be considered:
1. Do not pay anyone who you did not send your CV or make application for work.
2. Agencies accept CV's free of charge, and they will already have your CV when shortlisting you for a client, or when a client expresses an interest in you as a candidate.
3. Always take note of the agency that you are applying to, the agents name and contact number. Spam emails will not catch you out as you will be able to verify job details.
4. Recruitment agents will always call you to discuss the position prior to you going to interview, or prior to sennding your CV to a client. If they do send an email, get in touch with them to confirm interviews.'
5. Never pay money to people you do not know or agents you have never met.

Zenith is a, and they have made the error of contacting me, a bona fide recruitment agent, telling me I am short listed for a job. Now why would I be applying for a job through an agency, when I find work for people?
