TIME WASTE

I must say I'm very disappointed in CR Solutions.

I was at your offices today at 11:50 for our 12:00 o'clock appointment.

Firstly, nobody knew about my appointment.

Then when I was eventually helped 12:15 I was asked to complete a form which I did then finger prints and all that which I understand, but then I was told to load my information on your computer which I emailed to you days ago and I don't even know what the time was by then and I still hadn't seen the agent Bukelwa.

This is pathetic... I took two hours off work to this appointment and would never have finished by the time I needed to. Stick to your APPOINTMENTS and don't make me do your work. I have a job and if you then approach me, STICK TO IT!!!
