CLOSE THIS OFFICE - THEY DON'T WORK!

In 2007 I joined Cozen's, I left in 2008. In the time I was a temping for their clients, I seeked permanent employment, however the consultant I worked with bullied me into not going for any interviews even though the company I worked for, encouraged my growth and allowed me to go for interviews. I contacted the Bassonia offices numerous time for copies of my payslips and IRP5's; I had to phone Head Office then Bassonia then go back and forth before getting any assistance. I recently went on Maternity leave and needed to claim 25% of my salary from UIF, however I couldn't do this because Cozens did not submit this information to the UIF offices. I contacted the Bassonia office yet again, advising them how urgently I required the UI-19 to be completed, till now, no response, I called Head Office this morning and was told that I must call their switchboard back later to be assisted. Is Cozens incapable of assisting anyone efficiently? I can't take additional leave days to stand in government offices just to claim the funds I had already paid for. I advised in my email that I needed the document completed today. This is ridiculous! Close Bassonia down - they clearly do not work there!
