We have been going to Keg on a regular basis, the waitressess is always sour faced, you have to basically beg for service, one just about walked me off my seat last night, complaining does not seem to help, tables are not cleaned, ashtrays not cleared.
For the prices they charge you would at least expect a smile when get there, some waitresess seems to only be willing to help with big tables, i would rather not mention any names, will be going there tonight again to see if there is any improvement
