Unacceptable Service

Something needs to be done about the shocking service we received at this branch. First we waited 10mins (in NO queue) to be seated. We ordered our drinks and breakfast at the same time in an attempt to save time. While our drinks arrived in a reasonable time, the wait for our food was totally unacceptable. Two families came in AFTER us, ate and left while we continued to wait for our order. Eventually after our 3rd complaint in which we threatened to walk out an HOUR after ordering, were we only served our breakfast! Needless to say this delayed our trip by an hour back to Port Elizabeth - a LONG drive!
