Orders close to closing time always out of stock

Why is it that kfc just stops cooking after 8pm? is it fair that they have such big menus with pictures on lcd screens at their stores yet if you try to order a zinger burger or zinger wings after 8pm you get a "Sorry we only have chicken left" response?

why do they even advertise it or have it on the menu if they not gonna sell it when u come home from working late and need a meal? do they really run out of stock everyday? this is not the first time this has happened to me at kfc and it seems to happen at all branches i have been to! im just trying to understand where customer satisfaction comes into the equation when you can just put up an out of stock sign
