Food undercooked, manager said he would come back

What a disaster at CTFM Cresta.
Coke i ordered did not arrive, salmon was raw when we asked specifically for well done, steak was tougth as nails when we asked for med rare. We complained to manager who said he had something to do and would come to table in while. whilst waiting for bill for 10 minutes he ignored us, and our compliant. Good luck phoning customer care it is a voice mail.

I would not let dogs eat there, the service is so bad, the food shocking... How long can this go on - I give them 6 months.
