BAD SERVICE

So I lay a complaint about Mugg And Bean Ballito Branch because I saw a waitress open a customers coke bottle with her teeth, I then get a call to apoligize and told to collect a voucher today. I go in and then sit to have breakfast. I then get told the voucher has been cancelled and they will not serve me and we are not allowed to be served at Mugg and Bean Ballito. I phoned customer service and they Manager was to give me a call and three hours still nothing. How can you refuse to serve someone because they laid a complaint. Never mind the health hazard or the bad service or the manager laughing in my face and walking away. Plus opening a half an hour late because they havent finished counting stock. Ballito branch will not see me again
