At about 18:00 on the 16/04/2013 my wife mother law son and myself decided to have supper at a wimpy we always visit the wimpy in jean avenue Lyttleton but decided to try another one. When arriving there was directed to our seats and asked what we would like to drink we then requested 4 milkshakes (chocolate), after about 15 min the waitress brings us 4 hot chocolates after reminding her of her mistake her apologies she then brings us our milkshakes but still not correct. After this ordeal she then takes our order the one that is the problem was the steak eggs toast and chips when the meal arrived my mother in law cut off a piece of steak and placed it in her mouth after a few chews spat i out, and was gasping for breath as the wimpy had put chilies source on her steak then after voicing my disapproval they offed to re do her meal and again when they then bring her a steak on a small plate she had to discard the rest of her meal because of the chilies that was still on her plate what poor and downright BAD service from a well established business not to mention the burning of my wife's hand after been handed a very hot plate. AND THIS IS THE WAY CASH PAYING Customers ARE TREATED.
