Bad food bad service

Date 12/4/13 time 18.33 order nr 156. Our meaty triple decker had hardly any filling on the bottom pizza there were only a small amount in the centre. The Beg for more were completely raw on the inside the hawain pizza were so dried out u could not even slice it. We foned and spoke to Simon who were not trsined to handle any complaint. We drove threw to show them they made a group and spoke in a african language then a lady said due to the fact that we ate of the pizza they not gona exchange it. We phoned customer care and they said they will take it up withe the store owner but they dont have a policy to say how things should be delt with wich is unecceptable for a big comapany its up to a store owner to decide what he want to do. So if u get substanderd food just keep ur mout the owner can just decide u.
