The customer is always wrong - apparently

In Dec'12 we visited Struisbaai -lovely little town! We stopped by a place called Seagulls for a bite to eat, a little pricey for my liking seeing as the pizza only comes in one size 25cm. Nonetheless we ordered, when we received our pizza it was so burnt and i don't mean the crust was too crispy - the outer 4cm of the pizza was blackened - really burnt! We sent the pizza back as it was just not edible. The owner with a stroppy attitude and obviously annoyed said it's after 3pm the kitchen is closed (conveniently) And refused to rectify the problem. We were about 8 - 10 people in disbelief - so we left - The Legend of the Worst service ever gave us lots to chuckle about around the fire that evening. Months After this legendary bad experience we find ourselves back in Struisbaai & decide to give them 2nd chance - surely that bad an experience was just a 1 time thing? 6 of us arrive there only to have the Owner tell us he rememered us from Dec & we were not welcome at his restaurant. We shared this with locals we met - they said it happens 'all the time ppl often complain about place. You will not get value for your money and the Owner is Rude. Rather stay away - there are better places
