No response on bad take aways

I ordered spice baffalo wings in the week, but did not get any sause on the wings, no onion rings, and no bluecheese sause with my take away. I laid a complaint on facebook, to which MANY people responded about the same bad service they have received from the Cedar Peak Spur in Bethal. The Manager from the Spur responded and offered me a free meal which i appreciate, but does not see how this is going to solve the overall bad service residents from Bethal are receiving on a daily basis. I laid a complaint on Spurs website as well, but received NO feedback from them??!!
