Three visits to three Mugg and Bean branches in the Vaal triangle owned by the same person, dealing with the same manager.

I was supplied poorly presented food on each occassion and since compaining on their website have been offered a voucher, offered empty promises but nothing has been done to rectify the situation from their side.

I have visited many other Mugg and Beans throughout the country and the difference in service delivery is remarkable to say the least.

These branches should be avoided at all cost
