Not up to scratch

On the 9 July 2012 I wrote on this website about my bad service at the above store - the response from Nando's was that the manager would phone and sort it out - as per my response on the 26 July 2012 he did respond and promised to phone me back - this I knew he would not do - BAD BAD SERVICE - all these reports do is place the problem on us as the customers and never the supplier - they will respond to the query and then leave it - friends of ours had a similar experience at the same store last weekend (06 / 04/2013)
