Not ayoba service

I placed an order yesterday at steers (van der walt and pretorius street) and the person assisting me took all my address details as well as my contacts after an 1hour 30min not receiving my order i had to call again to check whats happening mind u i was hungry. when i called i was told that there person was there to deliver and number was not working all of a sudden. fine i let go and emphasised on my address again after being told that before i didn't specify clearly and being told my order is on the way. after a long wait at least the food was suppose to be better than the service i received but that wasn't the case.the food was cold and horrible.for the first time i didn't enjoy my meal from steers and it will take me another time to go beck n buy food. i guess the other restaurants can do better.
