Well Played

Last week, i had a rather horrid experience at our local Primi which caused a complaint on Hello Peter. Subsequently, i was contacted by the franchisee, Jonno who had a long chat with myself regarding the problems i had. I am very happy with the way Jonno dealt with this and despite my insistance that i was not looking for any freebies, he still insisted that we contact him to have a meal sometime. Whilst not necessary, the gesture is most appreciated as it signals the extent to which he is willing to go to keep a "Long term customer": happy. Whilst we have been frequenting his restaurant more and more lately (Great Piiza bases), he wouldnt know me from a bar of soap, so he went out on a limb and it shows good faith and business sense. So Jonno... i'll call you shortly and take you up on your offer and you shal keep another loyal patron... well done.
