Persistent incorrect orde

My daughter stopped at Steers on the way home and placed an order. When she received the order a packet of chips was missing and had received a plain veggie burger instead of veggie king steer. They fixed the order. When she got home we noticed that the other king steer had a patty missing. The cook was visibly angry when the mistake with the veggie king steer was pointed out.
It is obvious you have some serious problems to resolve.
