Bad attitude and food

Nandos Bergview - Family meal purchased on our way back from Durban on Sunday at 5.30. A late lunch or early supper what a waste.

Chicken was tasteless as if chicken was either boiled or thaw'd in microwave slapped once on the grill and sauce poured over - Portuguese rolls was cold and doughy. Chips not up to scratch. I am not sure if the restaurant was too busy or if staff was tired. Food was terrible.

We later phoned and complained but the manager did not even have the decency to call us back.
