King Pie
King Pie should not be King!!

My friend and I bought 2 Super Saver Specials from the Cape Gate King Pie today. They were R20 each and consisted out of a "Large" pie and regular fries!

There was only a choice of 3 large pies. Steak & kidney, mutton curry and 1 pepper steak pie. I got the last pepper steak and my friend took a mutton curry.

The potato fries were average. I can't say that the Large pies were actually larger then the others. The pies were filled with a large amount of floury gravy and a large amount of POTATOES, so in fact we had a Pepper Potato pie and a Potato curry pie. Really??

There was a time, many years ago, when King Pie really was KING - not so much anymore.

DISAPPOINTED!!
