Simply don't bother!

I went for lunch today with 4 other people. We sat down and immediately ordered starters. These didn't arrive for about 45 minutes. When we asked the waitress why this was, she said that they were short staffed in the kitchen. When my main meal arrived, it was very unappetisingly served, with sauce all up the sides of the white bowl. Having waited a further half hour for this to arrive, I was eager to start eating, but when I put my chop sticks in to start eating, the food was stuck together in a congealed mass of noodles and sauce, which I could literally pick up in one, big, sticky ball. I promptly sent it back, and went to the Woolies food to buy a sandwich. Having eaten many times at the Eastgate Simply Asia, and always enjoyed my meal immensely I was absolutely appalled at the quality of food that this Northcliff branch served to me today, and will most definitely not be reccomending this branch to anyone that I know.
