Ad attitude and service

After a long double shift last night I rushed back to town to buy food at kfc. I arrived at the drive through at 20:30 and all the windows and doors were closed. I hooted and called the cashier she opened the window chewing bubblegum vulgarly and before I could order she rudely blabberd that there was no chicken pieces, no fillets and that there only was a single chicken strip for a half twister. I asked if they could prepare a box meal and she said no the ovens are off. The business hours on the door state that they are open till 21:00. I believe they should serve food till the time stated don't you? The cashiers name is Cynthia. I then went to Chicken Licken (that also closes at 21:00) and they were more than willing to prepare whatever I wanted to order, even though they had nothing ready at the time.
