Throbbing Strawberry
BAD SERVICE

Had dinner at throbbing Strawberry on Saturday 9th and experienced the worst service I remember having anywhere. Waitrons were conspicuous by their absence. In any one 15 minute period there were no waitrons anywhere in the outside seating area and certain of our party had to actually go into the restaurant to find ours to request service and then wait an age before eventually getting what we requested - even a glass of water! The Manager was not around much either. He did not welcome us to the establishment nor did he move around the restaurant to enquire as to our satisfaction with service / food / drinks or otherwise. Apart from asking our waiter to call him to our table to complain about the service, we saw him only once more - as we were leaving he was standing around the corner smoking!
Don't think the good food could entice us to return - pity!
