No entry forms

Coloring competition for kids advertised in the play area as well as a large toy racing car at the till. When I asked about an entry form the waitress was reluctant to give us one and after waiting fifteen minutes, we were informed that there were no more forms available. It was lunch time and my son was one of only two kids there at the time. I suggest that the prize and competition adverts be removed if they cannot supply entry forms. Try explain that to a six year old child!!!
