Ladybird in my drink, disgusted by managers Excuse

I went to spur in parow centre last night, my friend and i placed our order for 2 hunters dry and our meal, when the drinks came, the waiter didnt see what was in the glass (not his fault) as i was about to take a sip i saw a lady bird in my drink, i called the manager George and showed him the lady bird in my drink instead of apologizing he says "this ladybird did not come from spur, nor did it come from the lemon, its definately hunters dry, i mean they do use apples, i will take it up with hunters dry, can i get u anything else" I mean!!! im so disgusted, he misrepresented Hunters dry, i have drank hunters dry so many times and that never happens. So if i found a hair on my food would he say it came from the cow? Im disgusted that spur does not train their managers on how to deal with customers? He spoke to me like i was stupid, like i didnt understand what he was saying and the explanation was lame and our of character!!! He misrepresented SPUR and Hunters dry!! Utterly disgusted by him blaming Hunters and disgusted coz he thought and spoke to me like im stupid!!! Spur i am truely dissapointed!!!
