Negligence and Bad Attitudes ‘Swept Under The Rug’

I am infuriated with the response that I received from Silver Bay Spur with regards to my complaint! 10 minutes after a waiter spilled drinks next to our table &continued on, my 2 year old son slipped down 2 steps. I ordered the manager to our table who calmly asked 'Is he okay? Do you need a doctor? I'm so sorry about this' then left. How sincere. This nonchalant attitude filters down, as this was how all staff reacted, after seeing my son land flat on his face, everyone just continued.
Eventually, Joseph came to clean it, with a very bad attitude, asking us why he should clean it up if he didn't mess. While at the grill, he still pointed at us &spoke about us like some ruffian, definitely didn't expect this in a Family restaurant. I was rash enough to report this to the owner Duane today who in fact told me that he finds it hard to believe that Joseph would behave like this. With this backing, I wonder how many other patrons were treated poorly by this man &got away with it simply because 'he just wouldn't do something like that'
Even though I've been assured they have very solid procedures in place it means nothing to me because none of them were displayed yesterday.
I await better feedback
