Hi, I bought KFC breakfast (chicken mayo sandwich) in January 2013 and the sandwich was burnt and there was hardly any mayo in the sandwich. I complained on twitter, they responded and gave me a email address to cast my complain. i did, but got no feedback after one call from them. Its now March 2013. On the 25 February my husband bought two twisters for us, and my one was burnt and looked black literally. I took pictures. everyone was shocked in my office that someone could actually give me such. i tried to eat it, but it was like eating coal. its disappointing that this happened to me again. I love KFC, but they fail to delivery their promise. I'm a valuable customer, but feel like I'm wasting my time. What happened to a customer centric brand, and a service delivery organization. Its like they don't care about retaining their customers. I would like someone to please help me with this matter.
