Disgusting service

We phoned scooters in Willow Way on Thursday night to place a order and Hammelton took our order and said it would take 15-20min. I arrived 20min later and the order was not ready yet, I landed up waiting another 35min at the store. I complained when I eventually received my order and he just said sorry we have lots of orders but did not tell me on the phone that there will be a delay due to being busy. When I was complaining I think it was the manager standing there and came to help me with the card machine and did not even say sorry for the wait, he just ignored that I had even complained. This is unacceptable, and I will not be going back there!
