On the day of my birthday, I thought that I would have a nice meal with a family member at the local Spur. However, we spent an entire hour feeling nauseated by the 'smell' emanating from Cally. Needless to say we both lost our appetites and wanted to leave as soon as possible. Should you (Spur) not ensure that personal hygiene is more important to your waitrons than being able to juggle 5 plates on one arm? I certainly don't appreciate that someone who is that unhygienic (so early in the day) is handling the food that I need to digest. It's the first time I have experienced something this disgusting, however this should not have happened in the first place. Cally has subsequently tarnished the reputation for the entire Spur group in one hour. How do you establish what to tip somebody who has literally nauseated you? You may have just lost a valuable customer. My business meetings might now have to be undertaken at a different establishment.
