Spur Steak Ranches
Bad attitude, incorrect orde

Good day

I'm just one of those South Africans who love Spur, but lately most franchises have been leaving a bad tatse in my mouth. I stepped into Appaloosa Spur to order burgers for take away. As I was speaking to the cashier, she rudely told Beauty (another waitress/cashier) to take my order without explaining to me why. I gave Beauty my order and was surprised when the invoice showed different amounts to what I saw on the menu above the cashier's stand. I thought perhaps the prices were old as the ones on my invoice were the same as in the menu. I couldn't ask then what the problem was as I was helped very hurridly. When my order did arrive and I asked why the amounts were different, Beauty told me it is because they have chips and onion rings. I told her that wasn't my order, she says no the cashier who told her to take my order didn't explain anything to her. I just took the foodcos I was in a hurry, I don't understand though why there's no communication??? The food itself was abysmal, the beef was slightly burned therefore dry, the rib burgers: the rib wasn't marinated and undercooked, the wrap looked like it was packed haphzardly and therefore looked messy. Dissapointed 4days
