Spur Steak Ranches
Incomplete order and rotten food

My fiancee arrived at the Spur at about 6.30pm and placed an order of Ribs and Buffalo Wings, Ribs and Chicken and Eisben. These orders are all meant to come with fries and onion rings. He received his order at about 7.15pm, tipped the waiter R20 and drove home to Sunninghill.

When he got home he realised that there were no chips, no onion rings and no paper towels in the packet. From about 7.30pm he started phoning the Spur asking them to bring our sides. They told us that they would send Mr Delivery. After numerous phone calls and catching them in, one of the waiters eventually arrived with the side orders.By now it was 9pm. When my fiancee eventually ate the eisben, it was off!!! What kind of service is that???

What was meant to be a treat for the family turned into a horrendous experience, this is not acceptable behaviour or service especially from a Sandton establishment.
