Extra charge when buying R100 prepaid wate

The Ok grocer in krugersdorp charges their customers R7.00 more when buying R100 prepaid water. This is unacceptable. No where do u get charged more than the amount a customer requires. The Manager doesn't even have the guts to come speak to their customers. They send the cashier back to tell us what she says. Poor service. I will tell all my people not to shop by you because you are theives!
