Debonairs Pizza
General good service

I don't know if it's just the Fish Hoek branch of Debonairs or if the chain in general has done something but I must say that Debonairs has really been impressing me lately. Sure they're just a fast food chain so I don't expect gourmet cuisine, but lately their food has been of a consistently high standard. I order pizza about once a week so I track changes in quality over time. Debonairs have had their not-so-great times (I switch to Scooters when that happens), but I'm very glad to say that they've been providing consistently good food for about the last 6 months. In that time I have not had any badly cooked / oily / low on toppings / cold or otherwise unpleasant food. I have even had an apology for something they didn't need to apologise for (splitting a large sub into 2 smaller boxes during a box shortage). It is obvious that management - Fish Hoek in particular - is paying careful attention to customer satisfaction. I want to say to them that I realise this must take a lot of sustained effort to achieve, but that this effort is DEFINTELY worth it. I am very happy with the service that I get from Debonairs at the moment! A big WELL DONE to the managers of Debonairs Fish Hoek!
