Appalling customer service

I had a great meeting and in celebrating our good news we decided to have some coffee. The first restaurant we saw was Europa and with excitement we decided to stop there. I frequent Europa at Bryanston and was expecting the same standards. To my surprise, the welcome was lukewarm, we waited 5 min to be offered a drink. Wrong order came, instead of mixed berry we received crushed mint. We asked for that to be changed, 10 min later.

Ordered chicken breasts, that were hard and burnt covered with a sauce. We decided to leave the meal, asked for a bill, 15 minutes later, I had to stand up to pay.

Being in service industry and owning two retail stores, I was shocked to see the type of attitude by the waitress. Not once did she ask how was our meal. Sies. The owner must wake up and smell the coffee.

I wasted R224.
