Lasagne ala Polystyrene

On 14 Feb (Valentine's Day), I went to Panarottis at the Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti, Durban and ordered a pasta, and a lasagne for my wife. We have a little boy, so spending Valentine's out for dinner is out of the question for us, hence, a takeaway. For the first time ever, I received both my take away meals in polystyrene containers! I have never, in my entire life, seen Lasagne thrown into polystyrene, and certainly not from Panarottis. Management said Head Office made that call, to get rid of the foil takeaway trays, and replace it with polystyrene. It was a liquid mess, which I had to accept, because we were hungry. How can you cheap out on a takeaway container? Your prices go up, but your service goes down? I've been supporting the Galleria branch for years, but all it took was this one experience to put me off for life. They took my details, and assured me someone will call me, but of course, that didn't happen. No surprise there, really. I have pictures of the food that I would like to send to the head honchos at Panarottis, and I would like to know from them whether they would accept, let alone eat, what I was served. That was our Valentine's dinner you guys ruined.
