Over pricing

I have sent M&B an email over 48hrs ago from their website, but have had no reply. I buy a Coffee/Chino freezo from Sasol Delight every morning before work for R15.95, I then bought one from Mugg and Bean last week and they charged me R27.50, for the exact same product. How can they justify this? It's the same size and powder they use from Slo-Jo. I even know how much the powder from Slo-Jo costs per kg... so I honestly think M&B is ripping us off big time! I will never visit them again, because they are clearly asking too much for their menu items... very sad.
