I complained to management when I had to wait an hour for a Sushi order, I was told that the chef resigned and went to PnP (better perks).
This was more than a Month ago, today I went back to ocean basket, the hour now became 40 minutes. How does this restaurants problems becomes the patrons problem. Employ more people and your service levels will increase. Do something to keep your clients happy, or are you not concerned about this.
A month later & the same old excuse...
