Jimmy's Killer Prawns
PATHETIC SERVICE!

My husband and I made a booking at Jimmys Killer Prawns at Invesco Centre in PMB and we were shocked at the service we recieved. We firstly made a booking under Mrs Hoosen for 20h30 but when we went through they had no record because the person did not write it in the book. We then waited half an hour to get seated. We had to then ask them several times for our food and eventually when it did come after10pm the food was cold. We were very hungry and very upset to recieve this service as we are regular customers. When we complained to Ataaullah and his wife Feroza who are the owners - we were met with deaf ears and was told they are too busy to talk to us. Is this the kind of service Jimmy's provide? We are very upset to recieve this pathetic service and in future will not go to this store and also advise friends and family as well.
