Thrid time and no falaffel- rude staff

I have been to ANAT Menlyn on three occasions in the past 2 weeks, to be told they do not have falaffels. In additon the staff are rude and not willing to help. they refuse to tell me when stock will come in. they just gave me a bad attaitude.
Why have something on the menu if you do not have it for two weeks?
Unacceptable.
