As part of our programme for our Teambuilding Day we decided to stop at Crusty Corner in Howick on the 31 January 2014 to have breakfast. We requested for 3 separate tables to be joined so that all 10 of us could enjoy breakfast together. The owner refused stating that it will cause problems with traffic flow yet in the same breath shared that if we telephoned earlier, he could have made arrangements. He offered us the alternative of sitting outside, but not under the shelter. When we raised our concerns about his attitude and unwillingness to satisfy the customer, he replied by mumbling that "its tough" and walked away. So much for customer is KING.
