Raw chicken in Hawain Twiste

I bought a hawain twister, as I ate it while I was on my way back home, I looked at the chicken, after I bit into it and it was raw.. I have already ate it all but took a photo when I stopped at my house of the last bite that was left. Today I got sick of this chicken. Is there no checks in KFC in place for when the chicken is finished fried? It is after all.. Kentucky fried chicken...?
