Ad service and very bad attitude

On Monday 06-02-2014 myself and some colleagues went to this fast food establishment to order some burgers in our lunch time. we arrived at 12:15 and placed the order immediately. after waiting 45 minutes it was already time for us to be back at work as our lunch time was over. we then requested a refund as we simply could not wait any longer, upon doing so there were 4 other ladies that immediately wanted to do the same as they were waiting even longer then myself and my colleagues. needless to say we had to return hungry. we then decided to contact the Chesa Nyama head office to lodge a complaint, and battling front and back for 2 whole days we were called by the store owner, simply saying sorry. that's it... after explaining that the waiter then had an attitude and refused to provide us with contact numbers for the manager... then went on and badmouthed us as we left by other people in the shop, that happened to also be colleagues of ours at work. I need justice, she needs to be reprimanded. sorry doesn't suffice. being in the service industry myself, I would probably be fired on the spot should that have been me...
