Milky Lane
NO SENSE OF DECENT STANDARDS

Good day

I am not interested in a call or an explanation etc - However, I would like to inform head office, as I believe its the right thing to do.

Milky Lane Fourways Mall, really lets it down for the team. In the past 2 years, the standards have diminished!
Every time I go there - Which is at least once a month, the service is bad (no rush to attend to waiting clients etc) & honestly a poor attitude all round. Also, can someone please address the fact that its rather hot in the establishment! I mean who likes to eat ice cream in a uncomfortably hot environment!?

The Milky Lane in Sandton, Monte and Blouberg (Cape Town) are exceptional - Fourways mall lets down the team! Poor show
