Late Delivery and arrogant attitude

I ordered 2 pizzas from Celtisdal branch at 19:58... we waited till 20:40 and I gave them a courtesy call to ask how long the pizzas will take, and I was told "now now" I waited a further 5 min and there was still nothing, from which I decide to go and get food from elsewhere. I've stayed in the area and I have never had to wait more than 25 min for my pizza. The guy from the store called me to say that the delivery is at the gate, to which I said I've left and have gone elsewhere to get the food. He went on a tirade about how I was lying about when I called, and how he knows the likes of me and that he never wants me to do business with them... such arrogance!
Been staying in the area for almost 2 years and have supported these guys. Kinda sad that..
