We experienced a really BAD ATFTITUDE from Ninapark KFC manager by the the name of Busi (last name was not reviled by colleagues), The speed point device was not functional therefore we had to wait for the second device to be acquired, during this time the manager gave us horrible attitude by telling us that we have waited long enough in the drive through queue and we should move along, NOTE: her words were in Zulu, we then told her that we do not understand and cannot speak Zulu which is when she replied in Zulu "..THEN YOU SHOULD LEARN THE LANGUAGE" before disappearing.. We stormed in looking for her but she failed to show up, this matter must be taken seriously especially for someone with such a high position to have such an attitude towards REGULAR customers..
