Excellent customer service!

We were a table of 3 and the guys ordered 2 beers on tap however there was a delay with the drafts as we were informed that the gadget that opened the keg had not been delivered with the keg (from the supplier). The manager Grant was very apologetic and even entertained us with our request of "a round of free shooters" while we waited. He additionally gave the guys the 1st round of draft beers on the house!
We were super impressed with the service that it was easy for us to say "we will be back! "
(Also, this Restuarant has changed locations recently within the mall and we weren't keen on the new venue and were almost considering becoming "ex-customers" but the outstanding service from Grant has made us re-consider!!)
Thank you Grant for going the extra mile! That is what customer satisfaction is all about!
