Dont have the decency to respond to a Complaint

I sent a complaint about Dulcis at Fourways Hospital dated 13th January and as of today I have not received a reply back to my complaint!? What a total waste of time and if this is how DULCE CAFE Customer Care department sort out complaints I will not frequent this and all Dulce Cafes from now on Utterly disappointed!!!
