No unity among the team

I went to Spur on Monday just think I had the worse experience based on service from the waiters. The person who assisted us also had to attend to another table and I ask for assistance from the fellow colleagues and the just refused to help. After a while a lady Thembile assisted us. Think the team need to work as one to achieve success.
