Very dirty floors

On the 22 Dec 2014 round about 18h00 we went to Kentucky to order food. In the drice through there were 6 cars in front of us at about 45 min we could place our order. We ordered the special with the 3 extras we decide on wings coleslaw and corn. At the collection desk the lady told us there is no wings and no corn. She dropped the packet with the chicken, the floor was very dirty all of the staff slipped on the floors. We said they must make a refund all the staff laughed and shouted at us. I wanted to take a photo of the dirt and the lady showed us her bum and said we can kick her. We then went and buy Kentucky at Langebaan friendly staff amd neat.
