Do I need to hold your staff's hand?

To forget to pack half of the order when an order only has four items to remember smacks of utter incompetence.

I was hopeful that Burger King would bring some world class service to South Africa, but sadly it seems that they are just another chain employing useless badly trained staff.

I am so tired of dealing with.
